My completed capelet has a neck opening of about 13 inches.

At 5:16 PM, March 28, 2007, Amy said...: i dont think a smaller neckline would look silly. decrease another row and then knit a few inches. just make sure you have enough yarn to cast off. i learned a neat trick. you need three times the amount of yarn to cast off. so if your final row is 10 inches round, you should set aside 30 inches to cast off.
