it's true, the creative juices weren't flowing, and karen even left early (horrors! that never happens!)

and then, i pulled out my old standby project: making cards. this activity sparked amy and maux's interest, and when i asked if they wanted to join in, they did!

we had so much fun. cutting and pasting are totally underrated skills. here's the results of their labors (aren't they CUUUUTE?)

maux's 6 month anniversary card on the left (check out the matchbook from her first date with trevor!), amy's super cute fishies on the right (that fish looks so yummy, i wanna eat it right up!).
